For more than 30 years, Blessed By Bubs has been providing exceptional early childhood education and care, creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
What began as a passion for supporting children and families has grown into a trusted community across two centres, proudly serving more than 80 families and helping over 2,500 children begin their learning journey.
At Blessed By Bubs, we believe every child is unique, capable, and full of potential. Our role is to nurture that potential through meaningful relationships, engaging learning experiences, and a genuine commitment to each child's wellbeing and development.

Our Reggio-inspired approach encourages children to explore, question, create, and discover through child-led learning experiences. We believe children learn best when they are actively engaged in their environment and supported by caring educators who listen, observe, and guide their learning journey.

Working as part of a collaborative team, the Educator supports the implementation of educational programs that foster children's development, wellbeing, creativity, and confidence.

The Recruitment and Talent Coordinator is responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding high-quality educators and support staff. This role ensures the organisation continues to build a strong and capable team.

Activities Manager
The Activities Manager is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering engaging programs and experiences that enrich children's learning, wellbeing, and development.
