Our Story

Born from a love for children, a passion for nurturing, and a belief that every child deserves to feel truly valued.
Blessed By Bubs was founded by Tina Saleeb, a mother of four, nurse, and lifelong advocate for the wellbeing and development of children.
Tina’s journey began in nursing before she completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of Sydney, majoring in Developmental Psychology, followed by a Master of Nursing. Through her professional experience, education, and most importantly, her journey as a mother, she developed a deep understanding of the importance of creating environments where children feel safe, respected, supported, and free to be themselves.

She recognised a need for something different, an early learning experience that felt less like a traditional childcare centre and more like a second home. A place where children could be recognised as individuals, encouraged to explore at their own pace, and given the freedom to have a voice in how they spend their day.
And so, Blessed By Bubs was born.

Our approach is built around the belief that children have just as much to teach us as we have to teach them. From caring for our gardens and exploring the local community to enjoying flexible mealtimes and following their natural rhythms, we create opportunities for children to develop independence, confidence, curiosity, and a genuine love of learning.

Tina is supported by her partner, Kiro, a registered child and family therapist with extensive experience in child protection and community services. Together, they bring a holistic perspective to early learning, one that recognises that a child’s emotional and social wellbeing is just as important as their development and education.
